About My Yoga Classes

My classes take place in the beautiful custom-built dance studio at Northstowe Secondary College, CB24 1DJ.


My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background. I give lots of variations and options throughout classes and encourage participants to listen to their bodies and work at their own pace. 

One of my class once said "It's hard to make friends as an adult!" and I totally agree! You will always be welcomed with a smile in my classes and you can expect a friendly, light-hearted approach to class. Roughly once a month I even bring tea and cake so those who wish to stay have even more reason to chat and connect with others from our community. 

I believe we all need to slow down a little and give ourselves more time to connect with our bodies, our breath and our community and I aim to give you a chance to do just that through the uplifting practice of yoga.

I currently offer a regular Sunday morning class as well as one off pop up evening classes and special events.

Here, we focus on harmonizing breath with movement, fostering a deep sense of calm and grounding through a series of gentle stretches and tranquil Hatha yoga poses. In our class, you'll discover the essence of a grounding Vinyasa flow, seamlessly integrating the fluidity of Vinyasa yoga with the grounded, calming aspects of Hatha yoga. This approach not only enhances your physical connection to the earth but also supports a meditative state of mind, inviting calmness and a grounded sensation into your being. As your guide, speaking in British English, I'll accompany you throughout this journey without any background music, allowing the soothing tones of my voice and the calming rhythm of our breaths to enhance your grounding experience with a touch of light ASMR.
