Join me for a relaxing evening of Yoga by candlelight ending with a soothing crystal singing bowl relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and deeply relaxed.

Please come in comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, a small pillow and blanket are also recommended so you can get cosy for the sound bowl relaxation at the end of the session.
